Like, if somebody makes a Youtube video demonstrating scripts or troll behavior, like those assholes that were locking low-ELO players into 5+ hour games, shouldn't that be considered in punishing those players? I'm not really sure what the downside is.
Granted, the last thing I want to be is like one of those folks saying "if you have nothing to hide, you shouldn't care about being randomly searched" IRL and similar, so please, tell me if I'm missing something here.

Guess you didn't grow up in Russia like I did, what a terrible place... my post however was kinda satire not really meaning anything but for my own amusement and possiblely someone else's Humor. I'm half Hawaiian and I had to spend 6 years there away from the sea man you can do that

The fact of the matter is that two different people might have to contradictory definitions of what should be described as "toxic", and while it seems optimal to implement it in the way which would most satisfy your conception of "toxic behavior", it's never going to perfectly fit anyone's definition. The biases of what ever system you put in place for such a vague goal, will stack up, eventually to the point that the apparent definition that they're working off of no longer resembles the original definition that you would've mostly agreed.
