Will a single report be enough to trigger an auto check on the chatlog?

There was a player who used moron, retard, etc, all that kind of words. I reported him right away, but haven't received a feedback by now. If a checking progress actually occurred, he should at very least receive a chat restriction? So this definitely didn't happen, I'm wondering why.

Its not about reports in 1 games, its about ammount of games he gets reported in. If 9 people report him in 1/10 games, and in 9/10 he doesnt get reports, nothing will happen. If out of those 10 games, in 7 games 1 player reports him in each of those games, that will trigger investigation.
