Just had a 4 man premade with the most Toxic Sona I have ever met. Non-stop trashtalking me because we lost. They ignored me when I needed help and then I get flamed. I had her in my next game and reported her again. Riot, if your system doesn't punish this person, I will lose all my faith in you. A player flames me 2 games in a row, and I haven't reported anyone else, so since she's my last report I should get the notification.

Not how the system works. If your reports triggers the review is when you get a notification. If she gets triggered by another report in a game after, you won't get a notification.
