I am fucking astonished, never once have I been banned without deserving it but this is a fucking disgrace and I am OUTRAGED. Not to mention that I have been reforming and working hard to regain my honor level 2, I was at 3 checkpoints and now I am at honor level 0 with ZERO CHECKPOINTS. I am seriously considering quitting after 8 years thanks to this shit. I used to be super toxic, I had 2 accounts permabanned and I knew it was fair, but this is FUCKING INJUSTICE. You have honestly become a shit company. I am speechless smh...

I encourage you to post your full chat logs from your reform card. There is no reason for us to go based off your summary when you can just as easily provide the evidence.
