riot. stop banning people for having a bag of weed . and letting rapists and serial killers go free

i feel like riot focuses its player behavior system on toxic chat. simply because it's the easiest behavior to identify. and a bot can be programmed to catch it. but unless someone is outright feeding or thier trolling is accompanied by you guessed it. toxic chat. a hardcore troll will rarely be punished. also. you can mute a flamer. you cant mute an intentional troll. all that targeting toxic chat is doing. is turning people to vent through toxic gameplay. and punishing people who are competitive and simply get heated

also. report weight needs to go. if the automated system is truly capable of distinguishing false reports from real ones. i should be able to just spam report everyone and have my valid reports still count and not second guess whether reporting a troll will be flagged as false and lose weight because the system isnt able to catch that particular form of griefing

am i asking toxic chat to not be punished. no. what im asking is to treat griefers and trolls like the true menace they are.

no more 14 day bans for intentionally feeding. a single valid report of feeding should be an instant permaban. regardless of how often the person reports

add a votekick feature seperate from the report system. a 4v5 is unfair. a 4v6 is hell. at that point let people choose the lesser of 2 evils kick the player. allow them to requeue. "they can still be reported"

have a game automatically remake after someone is afk for more than 5 minutes."unless they were votekicked" even if its only for gold and below.

if riot doesnt at least respond to this. it means they dont care about toxicity at all. are consciously letting the trolls win.and are banning flamers and only obvious intentional feeders just to make themselves look good

What if toxic chat Is worse than intentional feeding?

Also, what if almost all cases of intentional feeding are actually just a bad game?

That's not how it works.

The system is a learning one; our reports drive it by showing what kind of behavior we are fine with and what is definitely not ok. Each region is tuned differently and responds to reports for certain behaviors accordingly because of this.

Okay, let's ignore the exaggeration for a second here:

Say there was a rapist in the area that is extremely difficult to track down. And then there's a guy in the front of the police station shouting "hey guys, anybody wants to buy some weed?" while waving it around.

Would you be pissed if the police arrested him? Would you accuse the police of not trying to capture the rapist? Would you assume that they don't care, because they don't adress your accusations? If not, why are you pissed at Riot taking care of a very very easily detectable crime?

also. report weight needs to go. if the automated system is truly capable of distinguishing false reports from real ones.

Report weight is part of how the system distinguishes false reports. If you trust it to distinguish false reports, that would necessarily imply that it has to be good at determining the appropriate report weight. That said, I do believe report weight is specific to each category (so reporting griefers wouldn't lower your report weight for reporting flamers and vice versa)... I could be terribly wrong there, though.

And as to your suggestion of votekick:

a 4v5 is unfair. a 4v6 is hell. at that point let people choose the lesser of 2 evils

I hope you realize how this would not be okay if it was an unintentional feeder. Yet, your reasons for implementing it, works perfectly fine for anybody that is considered detrimental to the team. Unusual role for a champion? Unusual champion for a role? Generally subpar pick? Or just a bad player? If you let people choose the lesser of 2 evils, and they will... and what they consider "evil" can always be adjusted to whatever it is they dislike at that particular moment.
