Ranked really needs to be fixed

This is supposed to be the 'competitive' game mode, but I see more competitive behavior in normals than I do here.

This really needs to be looked into. For example, I just had middle lane go 3-13. When we refused to surrender, it just went AFK at the fountain. It won't be punished for this in any way what so ever unless it's a repeat offense, and the entire team lost full LP exclusively because of their anti-competitive behavior.

What is being done to improve this situation? If nothing, why?

And currently in a lobby with a duo queue who banned both of the declared champions. One player asked why they banned their declared, and the other duo queue responded 'stfu kid ur annoying muted.'

They then spend the entire game trolling, while pretending that they're trying their hardest, and eventually let us know that it's not their main account and they don't care if it gets banned. We can see in their match history that they've done this multiple times.

Again, we all lose LP for this.

It happens. I had my promos fucked up today because in the first game a teammate banned my hovered champ because they weren't "Paying attention"

and the next game the same thing happens again but during the game this guy was like "I'm sorry I banned your champ, I was just trying to get someone else to dodge"

When the middle lane goes 3/13 the "correct" behavior in bronze is blame it on the jungle. LOL

Unfortunately, shit like this happens my friend. Nothing can be done about it. There will ALWAYS be a percentage of the player base which behaves like this and while that percentage may decrease over time (personally I don't think it will), it will never be zero.

Remember: as long as you aren't doing the things you describe, you are statistically less likely to get people like this in your game than your opposing team (4/5 as likely to be exact). Meaning over time, the existence of toxic players actually helps you win games.

Instead of putting time and effort into worrying about stuff like this, might I suggest you focus on improving your actual gameplay instead? For instance; in the past 10 games you played, not once did you buy a control ward. Consider focusing on things that are actually within your control. You'll have more fun that way.
