Teammate venting post

This is a post to vent about a jungler i had recently. Please do not read ahead if you are going to get all pissy about "omg nobody cares go rage somewhere else."

Ok, so i was playing annie mid against kassadin. I was beating him in farm early, until the enemy Pyke jungle comes to gank at like 3 mins (i wasnt pushed up btw, i was like right outside of my turret range with nearly full hp). Kassadin slows and silences me, and then Pyke stuns me. By the time the stun wore off, i was like 30% hp but i was under my turret. I had my stun charged so i W'd both of them and they got stunned, but Pyke still hooks me somehow (a good 1 second into the stun btw) and i die.

I figured "ok, w/e, that was bs how i just died but its only one death, ill be fine."

1.5-2 minutes later, our singed top and maokai jg were chasing the enemy Nunu top halfway through their jg and stopped around red buff when Pyke showed up and they started 2v2 fighting. I see Kass start to leave lane (he just hit level 6 too, so he was outrunning me by ulting over walls, plus it was THEIR jg) and i spam ping "mia" and follow. However, Kass and Pyke were zoning me from the fight and i had no choice but to back off or die (remember, i was an annie with no f and they were both lv 6 assassins.)

Then after both of them die, my maokai starts spam pinging me and saying "omg this mid is fvcking blind trash" and other stuff (moron, retard, etc.) I reply with "pyke and kass were zoning me and i pinged." He says "lmao" and then repeats his previous flame ("trash", "retard", etc.)

I just ignored it and continued playing even though we were like 0 to 7 at this point and everywhere was losing.

By like 10 minutes, i was ganked 4 times by Pyke, 3 of which were under my tower. Maokai continues to flame me and doesnt help. The reason i didnt mute him was because i was going to report him and needed to make sure he was consistently flaming me, so i had to ses his chat.

15 minutes comes and im 0/5, our botlane, top, and mid (me) had lost due to Pyke constantly ganking and Maokai doing nothing but farming. The score is now like 0 to 13.

We get two kills top while im farming mid (kass didnt leave to fight so i stayed) and i say "gj". Maokai gets caught in the jungle and dies to Pyke 30 seconds later (kass was still in the lane btw, and maokai didnt die anywhere near me) and Maokai starts spam pinging me again and now says "lol this annie is fucking retarded, this is why im not ganking that idiots lane" and i've had enough, so i mute him.

We lose 6-7 minutes later and Maokai starts heavily shittalking me to everyone in post-game. I screenshot it (i also screenshotted when he called me "fucking retarded") and report him, providing a lengthy and detailed reason for reporting him. I am also sending in a support ticket.

I am writing this because I know he will not be punished and that upsets me, so this is all i can do to grieve. Thank you for reading, if anyone made it this far.

He might not be outright banned, but I'm sure it'll be noticed by someone. He might even get a little scare or some kind of warning that might put him in his place. I know it's always satisfying to see the "Your report helped us remove someone toxic from the community!" (or whatever it says...) XD

Just know that there are thousands of us, dealing with these kinds of people. All you can do is report and move on and try to enjoy the game for what it is.

And build a group of five. It's hard to do, but, meh. Less pressure for everyone that way.

I'd like to note, the system can actually see pre- and post-game chat. There's no reason to send in a support ticket after reporting them in the client, unless you forgot to report them after the game.
