I'm going to add my opinion to the hundres of threads about this that already exist. People should be punished for saying GG EZ. No there's not an ezreal everygame and even if there was, you're probably not referring to the ezreal when you say that.
Why does it get to me? Because I'm passionate about this game and I want to have fun. There's nothing more annoying than some snarky little kid(s) throwing in his last second jab before the end of the game.
It's bad sportsmanship. But punished just for saying this? Not unless you're doing it every game you win, or spamming it. In the grand scheme of things, their system should focus on what's going to tilt you most in the game.

I report every single person that says "GG EZ"
The main rules of League can be pretty much summed up to "Don't be an asshole". If you're an asshole, then you'll get banned. If you say "GG EZ" then you're being an asshole and deserve punishment.
They have much more important things to worry about than emote spamming, BM'ing little turds, my friend.
Like perma banning the players who get tilted by those little turds and cuss them out/get reported.
