@Riot did u change the chat restriction policy
I got a 10 game restriction like a month ago or more and not this week I got another one. I thought it was 25 games ?

DrCyanide1 votesIf you look like your improving it'll drop you down a punishment tier (gives people a chance to change and improve). The ballpark number thrown around for how long that takes is 3 months of good behaviour, but they might have shortened that.
