The defeatist and autotilt culture

Every game now, everyone is constantly bragging about how tilted they are. Yes, bragging. I dont' know where people are getting this idea that the negative culture is a GOOD thing, but there needs to be ever harsher penalties for trying to perpetuate it.

On top of that, everyone keeps trying to force a surrender, no matter how far ahead we happen to be, and when that doesn't work, they immediately stop doing anything at best, or at worst start trying to actively sabotage the game and force a loss, because there is a defeatist culture that has been plaguing League for years. That also needs to be punished, because at the moment, the thing that is ruining League is not the perceived "imbalance" (ignoring for the moment that the game is better balanced now than it ever has been), but rather the ocean of negative, selfish, self-mutilating defeatists who want to wallow and perpetuate in their agony and misery.
