Is it acceptable to report a particular player through a support ticket?

I played a game in my ranked series yesterday with a Twitch who started running down mid as soon as the game started and telling us that he wanted a permaban. Needless to say, he kept running down mid for the entire duration of the game and two of my teammates left the game. I reported him after the game and checked his match history only to see he had been doing this all day in every ranked game he played. I figured he surely would have been banned, but I look back today and he has several new games on his match history where he literally did the same thing and ran it down mid. Is there anything more I can do to let Riot know of this individual? He is ruining games for a lot of players and I'm not sure if there are any more actions I can take to prevent him from further ruining a fellow player's day.

No, riot does not want you doing that. I had a particularly bad experience with a player not too long ago and used a support ticket along with screen shots of what the person did/said. Here was Riot's response to me

Yes, you can submit a support ticket with summoner names and screenshots here:

Riot will investigate and handle the player appropriately. They cannot tell you what they do about it due to privacy policies, but chances are that they will probably lock the account and notify the owner's email address.

You can report them but riot dosent give a f@ck you will take a BOT answer and that it they will say that they will chekc it but nothing would happen

I was having a homophobic toxic player who was cursing flaming and calling everyone %%%gots and how %%%gots need to die and he was saying that in the whole team we report him i even submit a ticket and this player still play..

So dont bother just report him normally and that it

As long as you use screenshots, they love those.

What I think is, The account is stolen. And this guy wants it to be permabanned. But sorry I don't know the answer to your question.

Riot typically don't respond to inting or trolling unless they do it about 20 games in a row, but they will respond to toxicity after about 2 games. Go figure

Riot prefers we use the post game reporting system, but they won't penalize you for reporting through the ticket system. The email response is the standard response toticket reports.

Yes, there's even a section for it. I reported int. feeder as well and they said they'll look into it. But we all know it's just soonTM
