I had made a post about this already . but i need i need more up votes regarding this unfair situation ** due to a previous chat punishment/ban i had around February 6-7th i cannot get hextech rewards even after getting a S rating after a match .. I DON'T CARE** if they said before it was launched that players who had punishments before would not be able to get the rewards.. I for one i did not know personally. for the people who think i'am wrong u probably are the ones eligible to get rewards .. this post is for the people who feel betrayed as me . who are trying to be better players after there punishments Riot needs to take the following steps:

Re balance how this works for people who were punished.
Stop leaving players who were punished in the fog and give us a clear idea of what we have to do to be seen as a good player again or reformed . sort of a tracking system for that.
Take note of consideration for the people who aren't always toxic.. one fuse lights another , with the current system one can play victim all day feeling no remorse..

You're giving no argument for what you are demanding outside of your feeling of being "betrayed" for absolutely no reason. You want to talk about playing the victim? You are responsible for your own actions, yet you somehow twist this into some kind of "unfair" treatment.

There are things in your post I can agree with, but in all honesty, there are other threads that manage to make these suggestions in a more diplomatic fashion and without somehow turning their punishment into Riot's fault. Edit: They also manage to express their will to actually discuss the matter (you know, the actual purpose of a forum, not gathering upvotes), as opposed to your list of things Riot "needs" to do and the lovely statement

First off this is suppose to be a positive reward system, they have stated this well in advance. Its your fault for not looking up information for when this was about to come to the live client. any type of simple search would have told you this much and more. Second they have told you want you need to do to reform, and thats a 3 month probation. Dont be toxic or ruin other peoples games and people wont report you. its that simple. If you truly reformed or learn from this then a simple 3 month wait should be nothing. Lastly you wouldnt get punished if you arent always toxic. I wouldnt consider myself toxic, but i will say some stuff i dont mean once in awhile. If you are getting punished then it means this is happen too often. The only time you will get punished with a ban as a first offense is if you are using Racial/Derogatory terms in your chat which shouldnt never happen in the first place. Again this is suppose to be a positive type of reward system. You want those goodies, be on your best behavior. If in the past you have been ban and truly want to reform show us that you changed for the better by following the rules and get on good terms!

You are a liability to the community if you have been punished already, you should realize Riot and us are putting up with your shenanigans...for now.

Don't expect to be rewarded.

Get punished with a chat ban/temp account ban.

Serve time.

Expect it to be over.

Get punished in other ways.
