HECTECH EQUALITY !!!!

I had made a post about this already . but i need i need more up votes regarding this unfair situation ** due to a previous chat punishment/ban i had around February 6-7th i cannot get hextech rewards even after getting a S rating after a match .. I DON'T CARE** if they said before it was launched that players who had punishments before would not be able to get the rewards.. I for one i did not know personally. for the people who think i'am wrong u probably are the ones eligible to get rewards .. this post is for the people who feel betrayed as me . who are trying to be better players after there punishments Riot needs to take the following steps:

Re balance how this works for people who were punished.
Stop leaving players who were punished in the fog and give us a clear idea of what we have to do to be seen as a good player again or reformed . sort of a tracking system for that.
Take note of consideration for the people who aren't always toxic.. one fuse lights another , with the current system one can play victim all day feeling no remorse..

You're giving no argument for what you are demanding outside of your feeling of being "betrayed" for absolutely no reason. You want to talk about playing the victim? You are responsible for your own actions, yet you somehow twist this into some kind of "unfair" treatment.

There are things in your post I can agree with, but in all honesty, there are other threads that manage to make these suggestions in a more diplomatic fashion and without somehow turning their punishment into Riot's fault. Edit: They also manage to express their will to actually discuss the matter (you know, the actual purpose of a forum, not gathering upvotes), as opposed to your list of things Riot "needs" to do and the lovely statement

my punishment ban was from yelling at players who were intentionally feeding , yet i got the punishment and not them , and now i cannot get the hextech loot. and you read it wrong dude i said one can play victim not me lol , i was talking in past tense like for example the jinx on ur team intentionally feeds and trolls , so according to riot we have to tolerate it and not say anything ?? but no were human beings and express our feelings so we get mad at this "jinx" and say alot of mean thing dispite jinx being the real problem in ruining the match and then when the match is over , she can report us for being toxic despite her actions too and thats the fucking problem .

I hope you realize both of you if anything are against the rules, and as such both need to be ban. Just because people troll your games doesnt give you the right to use every curse/racist word in the book, or tell them to kill themselves/wish cancer. We all have to deal with people like this, and telling them stuff like that does nothing to solve the problem. So why do it? The whole "He started it" is never a valid argument. so please stop using it.

Doesn't have to be curses or slurs. Constant harassment over someone making a mistake, or fishing for reports are punishable as well. Additionally, remember, the chat logs sent to you are simply a "Snap shot" of your behavior via 1-3 example matches (Often based on Email length limits of your email service provider), it may not (and often does not), include every match you were legitimately reported for.

First off this is suppose to be a positive reward system, they have stated this well in advance. Its your fault for not looking up information for when this was about to come to the live client. any type of simple search would have told you this much and more. Second they have told you want you need to do to reform, and thats a 3 month probation. Dont be toxic or ruin other peoples games and people wont report you. its that simple. If you truly reformed or learn from this then a simple 3 month wait should be nothing. Lastly you wouldnt get punished if you arent always toxic. I wouldnt consider myself toxic, but i will say some stuff i dont mean once in awhile. If you are getting punished then it means this is happen too often. The only time you will get punished with a ban as a first offense is if you are using Racial/Derogatory terms in your chat which shouldnt never happen in the first place. Again this is suppose to be a positive type of reward system. You want those goodies, be on your best behavior. If in the past you have been ban and truly want to reform show us that you changed for the better by following the rules and get on good terms!

Well they started it off wrong they should given almost everyone a clean slate with this system and then warn us if we get punished that THEEENNN we cannot get the loot till reformed.. that would give people a better chance to behave better and now i'am in the fog because im behaving better, but seeing that damn message after every match that i cannot get loot is really aggravating and i have no idea when the shit will stop.

They have never done that in any of the events/promotions they have done, So why would anyone think they would do it this time around? When they gave out Free Xmas skin people who were ban in the past didnt get it, they werent given a clean slate. When the did the Bilgwater, Summer Events that gave positive players a free champion/skin everyone wasnt given a clean slate. So again why expect something that was never given the first place? I will admit having it been shown every time you finish a game that you arent eligable to get loot is idiotic, and im sure they will change it soon. This is a new system so of course things will change in time you just need to have patients!

The fact of the matter is that Riot made these type of promotions to entice people to be positive. Thats all that matters. You werent, as you were ban for breaking the rules. how hard is that to understand?

At the same also impossible to "miss" this one, since you're just temporarily suspended from it. However even if you reform, you won't get those champions and skins back that were distributed in the events.

Edit: Ultimately this comes down to the same thing. Just instead of missing out on events for a certain amount of time, you're missing out on the Hextech stuff for a certain amount of time.

Liability isn't really how I would have put it but if anything your response would support that. You still think it was justified so if/when you run into that again you are going to at least be tempted to respond the same unacceptable way you did before.

I do agree with your second point from the OP though. They should have clearly laid out what was required to be considered reform.
