There's nothing that brings me more joy now than using chat to type "?" whenever a toxic kid or rager gets on my dick about something. Every time, just go "?", including enemy team. I also do this whenever someone asks me a question or does something stupid in game; I've learned not to rage at all cause I hit the 2 week ban recently and cannot afford to lose another account to a permaban.

He is just looking for a way to keep provoking his teammates while maintaining the ability to make a legalistic argument that what he is doing isn't explicitly called out as being unacceptable so must therefore be ok. Then we can expect him to show back up when he does eventually get banned trying to inflame people by claiming that "Riot will ban you for typing '?'" so that he can feel like he is the victim of an unfair and capricious system and avoid having to take personal responsibility for his behavior.

Still while passive-aggressively inciting your teammates is an improvement over your previous behaviour I would suggest that just ignoring them and not responding or muting chat would be a better strategy.

I just find that people claiming to be 'reformed' when almost no time has passed since they were acting in the same way that got them in trouble to be particularly tedious. I don't expect Bonobo to change his behavior but didn't want someone coming in and reading his 'advice' and thinking that it would be effective in helping them if they were interested in reforming and then feeling betrayed by 'the system' when they got punished again.
