This sold Diamond V account has remained unbanned for over a month. How?

It's S6 and S7 Master, S5 and S4 Diamond, and has something like 70 losses and 8 wins since the account was sold. It no longer even plays the roles it got to Diamond with, let alone champions.

How is this not banned? It's clear to anyone looking at it that it's a bought account, and it has almost a hundred games; there's absolutely no way it wasn't reported in that time frame.

I'm seriously curious as to how a player can get away with this for so long. Does anyone even look at reports?

It's history is pages and pages of this.

Even that isn't concrete evidence since the player in question can just argue that they wanted to get good with a new role and champion, and thus they were not playing at the same skill level as before because of the change.

I also think you're overestimating how many people report for purchasing accounts given that most people only ever see a single game of any one other player. Those that do report for things like that often do so with extremely limited information and thus are often mistaken because of that limited information. So Riot has millions of players and millions of games going on and must investigate if a purchased account is actually a purchased account or is just being reported by salty people.

Does it matter, but th factor no one realizes the community is not united and upon that you want other players to be baned why. It’s just sad at these moments where if riot tries to listen to the community something will be biased..
