@Riot Developers - Extremely Transparent & Out of Touch With Their Game

So I decided to spectate my friends and their ranked game. These two guys are very chill, new to League of Legends with only one or two seasons under their belt, and very eager to learn and play. What I continue to have a problem with the past few seasons, is how out of touch, delusional, and transparent almost every single Developer is with their matchmaking system. I watched my friend who played Naut and the other one who picked Galio . . . . deal with this Teemo with an inappropriate name and this Jinx who inted and flamed everyone the entire game. I actually don't have a problem with Teemo JG as long as the person is good with it . . . and in this case the guy was. He was just getting all of his camps and buffs stolen by the Jinx who decided to throw a tamper-tantrum, steal JG camps, and build 4 Dorans Rings and not try.

The number one problems players are frustrated with in the ranked matchmaking system is how unfair it is to others and rewarding it is to another player. If a player has a history of leaving games and being toxic, it shouldn't' take a year or two for him/her to be flagged for a ban. This player should be banned from ranked games for a week or two so they are not creating a negative experience for other players. If another player is purposely inting and creating drama with their teammates and enemies, maybe that person shouldn't be allowed to play ranked games period and do that in bots and normal games.

Players feel like their time is being wasted when a player is throwing their ranked match, their promo, and ruining their fun. It seems like this punishment/matchmaking system is not great at all. You post Development Blogs and fake statistics about how it is working and really doing its job. It's not. I bet you 100 bucks the same person that griefed, dced and and was negative in one of my games last year and unable me to get into a higher elo, i still playing this game and doing the same thing.

YOU ARE PUNISHING THE PLAYERS THAT LOVE YOUR GAME FOR THE PLAYERS THAT RUIN YOUR GAME. The Tribunal needs to come back and Riot Games, you need to stop being so cheap and wearing rose colored glasses when it comes to your punishment and matchmaking system. If someone is dishonorable, dcs a lot, afks a lot, ints a lot, throws games a lot, and is extremely toxic and negative to his/her teammates . . . they need to be removed from ranked indefinitely to learn their lesson and get enough time to do it. I do not understand that in the 8 plus seasons of this game you still do not have even a decent punishment system that removes toxic and terrible players from ranked games.

You want your proof? I am can tell you that there are a lot of players that deal with this on a day to day basis in all of their ranked games. Your matchmaking and punishment system does nothing about it and if they do . . . . it will be years.

The Tribunal needs to come back

These are very conflicting statements...

I'm honestly curious why so many people think the slow ass Tribunal would magically fix toxicity (or in some case, I guess ALLOW their toxicity...sorry "defending" themselves)

I mean the team is basically 0-10, I would have inted and trolled too. Way to go Jinx!
