Every since the Star Guardian even't i've noticed less toxicity?
Is it because of the event some-how the positive attitudes of the characters voices or something?

nah the toxic people are in invasion still trying to complete the quest
Ahri announcer voice pack actually annoyed and tilt me faster when i lose..... (and sometimes when i win)
Something about that voice pack send me into a rage (and no i did not disable it. Call me masochist)
