im talking about the people who do everything they can to keep your own team from winning. without directly feeding. example. baiting 1v2s . deliberatly refusing to contest objectives, giving up when the team wont surrender. ect.

This is just one form of griefing.
Taking 
eating your ADC or tank so the enemy team can get advantage and saying sorry, just to have players rage and get banned instead of the troll getting banned (Just don't do it over and over or show a pattern of it.)

these are the things riot needs to start cracking down on. and unless the troll is using chat. they will never get caught under the current system

but if they are not running down lane and feeding, it will get flagged as a false report and lower your report weight, and unsportsmanlike conduct is too vague, sounds chat related. and some people say its a placebo report

while this is true. it wont be flagged by the bot.
SrbLud1 votesIf you get reported constantly game after game or in a pattern for the same thing it picks you up eventually ( The system detects behavioral patterns). If all the descriptions are about the same thing and the chatlog is full of remarks to it, you will get punished. Bot is there just to issue clearly obvious punishments. The hard to determine ones ( ussually for behaviour outside the chat that isn't obvious ), are manually looked at. They also look at random reports all the time ( not all of them ) to tweak the system. I had a link for all this somewhere. It was on misconsepctions about the report system and Q&A. It had a lot of in-depth information about it. Don't take my word on this as i didn't make it, don't understand the whole underlaying process, nor am i technically able to confirm it. I just read something Lyte and some other mods were saying.
