The only time that you will not lose LP from a loss is when Riot has enabled "Loss Prevention" due to server maintenance, force quitting games to apply a patch, etc.
The matchmaking system is designed so that you get placed with people around your skill level. Theoretically (and honestly don't even try and dispute this) you should experience people like that about equally on your team and on the enemy team. Just finish the game, move on, and then report after.

Nørse2 votesBecause you've won LP against enemy teams who have had an afk, dc, or intentional feeder. We all have. It happens equally across the board, and unless you are an awful player. You are earning a lot more for your wins than you are for your losses, meaning the scale balances in your favor.
Just report them, and move on with your life. It's not the end of the world, but based on how you presented your case, you seem like a toxic player who won't be in the game much longer at any rate.
