I have better advice for you. As someone who used to smurf (don't really play league anymore).
Instead of using this low elo mentality of always fighting your teammates (OMG HE SPAM PING ME FUCK YOU IM NEVER COMING TO YOUR LANE AGAIN) try this Make the correct play no matter what your teammates think. If they are being abusive ( and in low elo they normally will just mute them) I once had a yasuo go 0-5 in lane and try and blame me for every single mistake he was making. I didn't ignore his lane though. I ganked when I knew it was the right time to gank. I still came and froze lane even when he was spam pinging me because,_ I don't give a fuck what low elos think, they don't know anything? Why are you spam pinging me? I don't even give a shit to hear it I'm doing it anyways. _
If they can't realize what you are doing. That's on them, but for you to play emotionally like that rather than objectively making the correct plays is really something that's going to hold you back a couple of divisions.
Remember low elos. No matter how much of a Douchebag your team is, they are just random kids online, the only thing you're there for is gaining LP for YOURSELF then leave and never see them again.
To Top, Mid, and Bot laners,
instead of constantly pinging your Jungle to get away from the enemy minions "at your tower", let them clear it while you buy items at base or when you're walking to your lane as it'll help the Jungler get more gold AND prevent the enemy minion from destroying your towers.
I understand the frustration but is that last part really needed? You could have gotten your point across without the unnecessary, angry comment at the end.

I am not a jungle main but as a support main I can understand your pain.
I sometimes freeze the lane(bot/mid/top) when i am near them yet my team.....is being toxic(Not always but quite a bit)..
Honestly its not just the junglers than have this pain, the supports do too.
The problem with junglers doing this especially in the lower elo is they Push the lane, and this can actually cause an enemy to get ahead/kills if done improperly or cause loss of lane.
You're just taking gold that would otherwise disappear and protecting your tower. You don't have to care what the laner thinks, since it's their own fault they aren't there to cover it.
If they aren't there to take the cs then take it yourself. Why let that gold be wasted? They aren't there to take it anyways

Why do they even bother? It is better for a fellow team mate to get the CS instead of letting those go to waste.

happened a lot with riven main when she was played.
I don't mind them last hitting, but what usual happens is the jungler pushing the wave to the enemy turret so it costs me much more if they just died at turret.
In a similar vein, if we kill your opposing laner and we can take the tower don't spam ping me to retreat when I try to help you hard shove the wave. The tower gold will more than make up for the 3 cs I take so freaking chill.
If you push a minion wave under the enemy tower, doesn't the wave 'reset' in the middle of the lane while having minions die to their tower and they lose gold? So the Jungler took gold but the enemy laner will lose gold too, especially if they can't last-hit under tower, some champs / players struggle.
OMG it frustrates me so much when laners do this. Usually ADCs are the worst offenders.
Bot lane or mid lane dies and the minions are damaging the turret while they are running back to lane. I go up to clear the wave off and/or freeze it and I get pinged to high hell and told to GTFO of their lane/cs.
Not only are they allowing minions to damage the turret, they are also WASTING valuable CS by letting the minions die to the tower rather than go to another teammate.
I literally stop ganking for them at that point. (but still counter gank to prevent un-necessary feeding.)
