Trash talking the enemy team in team chat is... not okay?

I called a Jinx trash in my team chat and it's not like anyone said I said that in all chat and then that got paired with me flaming at a teemo support in ranked to get me a 10 game chat restriction. Am confused. Is that not okay, anyone know? I'm curious as to who reported me that game. We won so maybe like the enemy team reported me? Idk... if u guys want chat logs can give them to u for proof lol. Why can't I be rude to the enemy team in my own team chat. It's not hurting them and I was saying Jinx is trash but that sion is peeling rly well. Was trying to get them to deal with Sion. Not asking for the chat restriction to be removed, just am confused. I have like 1 game left anyways, I'm only making this post cus my game is updating.
