I followed the summoners code in a game with a troll

There was a 0% chance of winning. And the troll didn't get banned. What's the plan riot. To rid the community of players who open their mouth about it? The game will be full of trolls and everyone who isn't a troll will quit. Focus on stopping this and stop going after players who open their mouth.

Riot lacks of a punished player list. Witch hunting is just a retard excuse to avoid the work.

What, exactly, would this accomplish? Other than giving recognition to the trolls, which is generally what they're after to begin with?

This would be a proof that reporting works. You could check the name of the player that trolled your match and you reported.

Just browse this forum for a while and see all the toxic people whining about their ban and you know the system works ;)

I'd rather them improve their feedback system. Currently, you'll get a notification only if you reported a player in the last game that leads to a punishment. Either a notification that "a player you reported has been punished" for each one that ends up punished would work. Or else a weekly or monthly notice to just say "hey, x number of players you reported have been punished this week/month"

It shouldn't be like that. Someone gets reported in basically every game

Majority of the games I'm in, nobody is doing anything report-worthy.

This is certainly not the case.

Either your standards for what is or is not reportable behavior are way off, or you are somehow encouraging bad behavior in the people you play games with.

It would get trolls banned? Duh

No it wouldn't? It would be a list of names that were already punished...
