Super unsatisfied with the support

Whenever I send a support ticket it takes about 14 days to get an answer. (I am german so I usually write my tickets in german too.)

I sent a ticket about my 14 day suspension 4 days ago and only got an answer 3 days ago that the person who read it sent it to someone that will deal with it and contact me asap. The thing is its been 3 days since that answer and nothing happened so far. I am worried I won't receive an answer untill the ban is over if this keeps up. This is unacceptible, as I highly believe that 14 day ban was unreasonable.

I understand that because I wrote the ticket in german, there might be less people that can work with it, but it is still unacceptile to wait an average of 14 days for any ticket to be dealt with.

Its probably because it is in German that they need a proper translator. Not too sure how Support works for EU, but thats my only reasoning why it would take as long. To be fair though i dont get why you didnt just write it in English. Your English seems fine enough to understand so they would have been able to know what you need help with. Along with that though you also need to make sure you are writing to the correct topic. Since there is so many problems ranging from a wide verity, they cant really help you if you chose the wrong help topic in your support ticket.

All in all, if they do fine that this ban was in error (in my opinion it is as long as this isnt edited, nor have you been punished beforehand) you'll probably get compensated in some way. Next time though its should be clear not to repeat what these people say. With how reports works you dont need to state what they said. Just say they were being toxic, or used Slurs, that should be clear enough without actually stating the word and you will never get punished.

I got banned for using these 2 words so there is clearly a missunderstanding as I did not personally attack anyone using these words.

You used hate speech - there was absolutely no reason for you to repeat the hate speech someone said - it's unnecessary and all it does is spread the hate speech around so more people see it again.

One thing to remember: It's not who you said it to, but what you said.

"You're a (racial slur)" "I hate people who are (racial slur)" "Please report my teammate, he called me a (racial slur."

In all three cases, inappropriate words were used. While I understand you may not have said anything about a person or a group, using the words in general are as bad as using them towards a person, from what I notice. I think their programs basically key in on certain words regardless of the intent. One of the downsides of an automated system. My advice? In the future just say something like "please report X teammate for calling me various racial things, or making inappropriate comments." Avoid using any words that could trigger the system, and it may not happen again.

Well if it makes you feel better after reviewing it their response would be "I reviewed it and you were rightfully punished, what you meant doesn't matter at all as long as you said this specific word."

To add on, if you send a ticket on the weekend/Friday afternoon, it might take a little longer than usual since, ya know its the weekend. :P I hope you get an answer though! Good luck!

I'm guessing "Ragers who don't want to accept responsibility for their actions" are probably not too high on the priority list. I'd much rather Riot focus on real support requests.

I think Riot ignoring your support ticket is a good thing.

Maybe it would help if you saw it a different way. Riot has X amount of employees. Some deal with transactions and sales, some deal with bugs, etc. How many do you think work the complain department? Those people have to sift through "my ban was unfair, looks it up and see why." And usually they stick with the ban, if the amount of ban threads on the forum are any indication. In your case, you speak German. So the small amount of people working complaints now have to find a translator. That takes time, and money. I honestly don't think they'll reverse a ban easily. It might be easier to just calm down, and reflect on the situation that caused your ban to begin with. Maybe avoid it in the future, and you won't have to worry about contacting them.
