"Open mid" - Ban it

Seriously, to hell with premades wanting to open mid and throw the game because of either their stupid mistakes or just trolling. If you want to quit early, I feel this should be an option strictly for 5-man groups unless the other randoms also all 100% agree to end the game. Just wasted 18 minutes because 3 douche bags decided to intentionally feed. They weren't even that behind, they were like 0/2 or 0/3. So when my friend and I preferred to play at least the next 10 minutes out, they just sat around in the fountain moving their character now and then. And if being AFK is a bannable offense, I don't see why this shouldn't be either.

It is. Report them. Intentionally losing the game, or causing a loss, FOR ANY REASON is punishable as it not only ruins your teams time it ruins the fun of the game for the enemy team.

It isn't bannable, but saying open mis over and over can trigger a punishment. Actually feeding can lead to 14 day or full ban.

Don't confuse open mid with afk. Open mid is something that needs to be agreed upon by all 5 players to get the game over quicker than before. By doing nothing and sitting in base even though on other person is still trying, you can report for assisting enemy team or afk.

And how about we punish the feeders who are the root of all of it? Why ban someone opening because their teammates being 0-20, but not punish the 0-20 team?

I say open mid when my team is winning, the opposite team believes me, groups mid and dies. I think its fun to say open mid

I don't believe in having 55 minute losing games that are going to tilt me.

People who try to win every game lose just as much LP because they're fighting 55 minute losing games while everyone else might be playing 25 minute winning games. Winning scenarios in 4v5? Sure if the enemy is bad, but there's also pure losing scenarios that you can't possibly win.

how is it throwing when you know you are gonna lose? also how exactly would you prove that? Stop whining and play with 4 friends if you expect 100% of your games to be perfect with no afkers, bad players, flamers or trolls. or find another game.

I've won PLENTY of "unwinnable" games in my lower elo days, saving myself LP and lowering the amount of games needed to climb, and increasing my LP gains as I climb faster. Bronze, silver, golds, low plats (like myself,) we're still bound to make tons of mistakes. One bad baron/elder drag call can easily turn things around, or maybe their fed player gets too cocky, gets caught, and dies, leaving an easy 4v5 for inhibs. You never know. If it is 20-3 in 20 minutes and we have nothing but nexus turrets, alright, we're extremely unlikely to win. That's my threshold for what constitutes an unwinnable game. Being slightly behind and wanting to throw in the towel just because You aren't doing too hot isn't an excuse to ruin the game for others with your open mid bullshit. Gamer Girl Katie, intentionally feeding/AFK? We should just submit a big fat ticket toward you for admitting to that. Thanks for being part of the problem.
