@Riot.. this might sound a little bit silly..

Can we make it so that you can only down vote so many posts.. and then to continue downvoting you're required to type a comment? I swear it seems like some people just search for a thread topic.. then proceed to downvote all threads of said topic. I don't mind getting downvoted, but I'd really like to know why I'm downvoted. Any feed back on this? Maybe a board mod or something can let me know why this is or isnt a good idea? I just don't like seeing a thread with like 10 down votes and only 2 comments, that's silly to me. Anyways, thank you for your time and to whoever reads this.. see ya on the rift! :)
