I can't believe that audacity some people have

I personally am extremely sensitive and get upset fairly easily, but I usually am able to just mute it. However, the fact that somebody has the balls to tell somebody to kill themselves is disturbing.

I had just played a game where I was told to kill myself multiple times because I had lost top playing Rengar, and that I was a troll and feeding (which neither are true). I was mad at my Ryze because I thought he was trolling me and let me die, so I all chatted "report Ryze for trolling" and then I realized his stuff was on cooldown so later I apologized and was told to kill myself over and over for losing and feeding.

This is a joke that people can get away with this? Now, I'm not actually going to kill myself, but imagine if they had said that to somebody who already was on the edge of committing suicide. These people would be responsible for encouraging suicide and that's usually a jail sentence. The least I'm asking is for Riot to give a 2 week ban to anybody who says this, even only once.

Well, you already broke the summoner's code by asking for players to report something based on an assumption, so I wouldn't think Riot wants your ideas or advice. I agree saying "KYS" and the like is messed up, but a 2 week ban is harsh as other players like you might get heated and respond to someone being toxic like you did, and they might make a mistake. You clearly asked for that Ryze to be reported so his account would be punished, yet he had done nothing wrong, so if I was him I would be ticked off as well. Telling someone to kill themselves isn't acceptable, but neither is being unjust and trying to get someone in trouble on an assumption then getting mad when the person snaps back.

You might want to read around, as your post quite clearly shows you are someone who jumps to conclusions.

Riot doesn't just give people who request that other people kill themselves a two week ban. They will permaban you for saying it. There's no ifs, ands, or buts about it. There was a time a while back where it was punished just as hard as any other form of verbal abuse, but now it is punished far harder.

But also keep in mind, as YumScrumptious said, that requesting reports is also a reportable offense. One report carries the same weight as 9, so instead of pointing out your hate for someone in all chat just stay silent and report after the match is over.

This is why we all love league! (Kappa). Seriously though, I'm starting to get tired of league simply because the community is complete garbage. It's bad enough in normal games, but in ranked games it's even worse. The only way to fix it really is to get 4 friends, because these days you can't trust randoms. You might get someone who's terrible at the game, toxic, or worse... both... And this is why I especially hate ranked, because trusting random people with your elo is one of the worst things you could do to yourself.
