"Challenge" runs are ideally something reserved for streamers or other professionals and semi-pros. I don't think anybody is gonna get hurt by somebody like SoloRenektonOnly doing some sort of challenge on a smurf in their game, because he'd probably still be the best player on their team. But in a game where a random teammate already has a high chance of letting you down, having them intentionally gimping themselves is a rough spot.

That said, it's super hard to prove with a report. Split pushing is a valid strategy, after all.
