I was playing a game in which a Xin top was vs Heimer. Xin ended up feeding unintentionally. He then started a ff vote at 15 and said "ff or feed". The rest of us voted no, and he said "feed it is". He then ran into the enemy team and towers several times. Once he even ran straight into their base through their towers. He inted atleast 4-5 kills.

Ironically our team started getting picks and winning teamfights as I was a fed Hecarim and we had a fed MasterYi. At this point Xin saw that we would definitely win and he stopped inting and started helping.

After the game I reported him for negative attitude and inting, but I didn't get a feedback box saying a player I reported was punished that you usually get when you report someone who ints. I'm wondering if him stopping inting might have thrown the system off.

no one in low elo gets punished for inting, only ever toxicity, there was a guy who tried to prove this and ran down mid 50 games in a row and he still isnt banned, i forgot his youtube tho, reporting for inting only ruins your report credibility, even dong huap said so

Depending on the score it might be I think inting mostly makes use of score to point out feeders so if he ended like 5/10 or something like that he probably won't.
