at least give players a small text box to comment on their decisions.
yes, it would require hiring a bit more staff to actually look through all the answers people are giving you. but these multiple choice questions youre giving out to people after games are completely worthless on their own.
if you want these surveys to have any meaning at all, then give the people a chance to tell you why specifically games have felt more or less enjoyable over the course of a week, or why they think games feel fair or unfair.
not only will you be able to weed out the meaningless answers that have been given due to a recent winning or losing game, but you can judge better how well thought out the answers were that the players gave you.
the problem is, that youre asking about the quality of games over the course of multiple days right after a win/loss already heavily skews these answers obviously. most people will just vote according to their current mood instead of trying to think a moment to reflect over the quality of many games played.
