We need stricter punishments for behavior/leaving
Yesterday, I played two competitive matches. In Match #1, a teammate died 10 times in 19 minutes. It was clear intentional feeding, he was jungling and after each death said "when i go in you guys have to follow" and sure enough he would spawn, charge into a lane and die.
- There should be an automatic ban on someone who has a certain K+A/D ratio divided by time played in game. Yes people can have a bad game, yes people can die a few times in a short period of time. But there should be an extreme metric, such as a death every 2 minutes with few kills+assists.
In Match #2, our top laner left after 8 minutes. He said "sorry i have to leave in 3 minutes" and then left and said "good luck." I've experienced this a few times recently - intentional abandons while informing the team that it's going to happen. Very intentional.
- Clearly, the LeaverBuster system is far too lenient if people are not even trying to pretend like it's a disconnect. I would recommend enhancing the punishment. I have been playing since 2009 or so, and can't recall having ever left a ranked match, so I have no sympathy for this behavior.
