well, i was playing today a match on bloodmoon and i had as my team mates 2 platinum 2 diamonds . and enemy team 3 plats,1 gold , 1 30 level unranked. eh... why?

If I remember correctly the featured game mode doesn't take into account mmr matchmaking or is at least very tamed about it unlike normals/rank. I remember when I would play urf and got a whole bunch of different players rank wise, even some low level (although that's probably because they were duoing.
the Rotating Game Mode's have a separate MMR from Ranked, Normals, and ARAM.
