This player has 150+ games exclusively playing top lane. They've clearly been getting away with this for a long time.

Why is this behavior not being cracked down on? It's not realistic to even suggest that they haven't reported in 150+ games.

Just got this exact same shit. Someone threatened to troll if I didn't let them have mid, so I gave them mid, they went 0-4-0 and left the game.

It's like this at all elos. The simple answer is because the community is too busy trying to social justice warrior all the "flamers" instead of focusing on the actual causes of toxicity, such as this guy. Doesn't take a brain surgeon to understand throwing chat bans on everyone who "flames" isn't going to fix the problem.
