I fear that the player that sabotaged my match from champion select won't be banned.

I've been on a 10+ game winstreak and its recently come to an end 2 games ago. I won the next match and was at 95lp from promos then in this most recent match I had a troll.

From champion select he banned my champion, he was my support bard. He said that my champion was op and he didn't think I was first pick to grab her. I was pissed but believed him and picked tristana. Seconds before the match started he takes smite. At the start of the game he takes our Rammus's red buff we leashed him by smiting it. With the red buff and his abilities he starts trying to take all my cs and never put down a single heal when I got low. When the enemies backed he kept trying to deny my cs with his Q and his red buff (which he stole twice) and ulted me to keep me from getting cs. I have 46 cs compared to caitlyns 100+. I was pretty much usless the whole game, the only thing he did was go around stealing kills and taking cs so it looks like he wasnt trolling.

I'm afraid he wont get banned because the stats don't look like he was trolling and makes me more look like I was a bad adc. But if you look at my match history this match is very out of the ordinary compared to my performance in the past 10 games. I wish I could reveal his username so you guys can report him but sadly I can't. I hope this player gets what he deserves. Our team reported after the match and I wrote a ticket. This player needs to get banned.

He probably won't get punished because the system is incompetent at catching that kind of griefing

Dont worry, He wont get banned. But if you flame him, you will

So, this may sound like I'm trying to wear you down, but while the player was almost certainly griefing (taking a jungler buff as a support at the beginning of the game is not a strategy, period), there's a lot of extraneous information.

Banning a champion is not prohibited, period, and will not factor into a punishment decision.

Failure to use a utility ability can factor in, but I would be sure before you tell support it was "never". You can certainly mention that you felt he was not "supporting" in lane by not using his utility abilities.

Nobody owns the CS in a game, thus a support "taking" CS isn't a thing that is commonly factored in. However, you can mention this as part of your evidence, but just be aware that you should get in the mindset that nobody owns neutral/lane minions.

The same holds true for kills - nobody owns them, thus it's not against the rules for the support to get them.

Now, for CS and kills, if it appears that he was holding off of attacking/helping until he could take the kills, that may be considered evidence towards supporting that he was griefing in that he was intentionally trying to piss off other players.

On the subject of his ultimate, if he did this multiple times when there's no chance a legitimate player would think it would be worth it, then yes, this factors in.

I encourage you to submit a detailed report to Support, and I recommend you only include the definitive things - smiting the buff when leashing, not using utility abilities in lane to help your team, ulting you when it was not necessary, and that it appeared he was attempting to "last hit" things but not helping otherwise.

I thought 10+ game winstreak means you win 10 or more games consecutively.

ulted me to keep me from getting cs

He never once ulted you to keep you from cs-ing. You had never been in his ult the entire game because you were never with the team the entire game.

the only thing he did was go around stealing kills and taking cs so it looks like he wasnt trolling

He at least was participating in team fights. You never once come to ANY team fight or even fight at all. 3 or 4 times you died "split push" bot and top all the way to their turret with ZERO ward all along your inner turret up to the enemy 1st turret. Gave up 3 or 4 kills this way. You avoided ALL team fights just cs-ing bot and top lane...dying in the process because zero wards while your allies fighting elsewhere.

While I agree he does look kind of trolly and taking the red buff twice was pretty deliberate (he waited to smite them), he was not very actively trying to take your cs (he took some I agree). He could had taken a lot more with that smite of his and he seemed to be half focusing on poking the bot lane (taking cs is NOT against the rules). While you were focusing on your "split push" and dying without bother to put down any ward all along the way and avoided team fights at all cost, he was with the team.

I agree he probably should be reviewed hard for trolling and griefing, but I feel your conducts that game should probably be reviewed for trolling and griefing as well.

Yeah, the system isnt too good at catching those kinds of things. I hope you wrote what happened in the description so they at least have a hint that there was subtle griefing and it was intentionally trying to be hidden. Furthermore, technically what he did may noteven be against the rules. That CS isnt technically yours, that red buff isnt technically the jungler's. So i too fear (though i will neverthink about it again after this post) that he will get away with it.
