For the region side,
Are they AFK more/less because of different social standards, or are they AFK more/less because of differences in average internet service stability?
For the rank side,
Are they AFK more/less because lower ranked players are more apt to troll and/or rage quit more, or are they that rank because they AFK more(intentional or not)?

chinese server is ran by tencent, with 160 diffrent servers included such as bilgewater 1 bilgewater 2. there is six servers for each region.
