Its another thing when im playing the game, minding my own business and not talking to anyone, and then my midlaner starts ranting about how im "fk trash" "this adc is so bad" "15k damage, see? fk trash".

I dont wanna sound like an SJW (which is now a derogatory term on these boards for some reason, gj everyone) but this is just harassment and should warrant punishment. Responding negatively to a player talking to you like this is bad, yes, but shouldnt warrant anything near the same punishment as the person who started attacking you for no reason.

(Disclaimer: i did not get a punishment or something, just wanted to say this)

Summary: responding negatively to someone provoking you =/= someone attacking you for no reason

you flaming someone = bannable

flaming someone because they flamed you first = you flaming someone

Just mute them! If someone starts flaming you, that's one person your team has to mute. If you start flaming back, that's another person they have to mute, or else they're getting one side of a dumb slapfight.

I've only ever seen SJW used as a derogatory term lol. I've never seen someone say they're an SJW, I've only seen people accuse others of being one. Hasn't it always been derogatory? Then again, it might just be because I've only seen it in YouTube comments and here... don't really use reddit, or facebook, or any of that type of stuff.
