Concerned about a potential account ban, would like Riot response

So I just got a message on the client saying that if I leave any more games my account could receive a ban. Reason I'm concerned about this is because I never intentionally leave games. What happens is a bugsplat occurs while loading into the game that will prompt the client to run an automatic repair and lasts long enough I can't get back into the game and it is therefore remade making it look like I was afk. Problem is this happens once or twice a week and there never seems to be a permanent fix, therefore I'd just like to know if I'm actually at risk of an account ban or if there's some known permanent fix to these bugsplats.
