Someone says something along the lines of "You're useless" or "gg useless support" and I respond "shut up bitch". Can saying "shut up bitch" get me in trouble?

Is the quick answer but there is more to it than that.
If the only thing you say to them is "shut up bitch" the chances of you getting into trouble is very slim {assuming your account is in good standing} that being said you get reported for it the system will mark it down as a "keep an eye on" mark, if you get enough of those you will get punished.
So if you say just that one line in one game that's not likely to get you punished, if you say more than just that in one game you are likely to be punished, if you say that one line in more than one game you are likely to be punished.
