can we have "refusal to communicate with team" reports back.
its annoying when half the time the majority of the players have chat on automute. and are deliberately ignoring pings to try and get you to rage at them

In my experience, players who auto-mute aren't trying to get others to rage. After all, if you're muted, they can't hear you rage.
Rather, they are trying to prevent themselves from raging. They are trying to play their own game without worrying about what other people are saying. They aren't trying to get you to rage. You make the deliberate choice to rage, or just shrug and say "oh well".
Remember: A troll wants you to rage. When you rage and call them out and react, THEY win. Not you. Trolls don't mute you, because they want your reaction. A non-troll doesn't want you to tilt. A non-troll won't see your reaction. You'll play worse simply because someone isn't omniscient and misses a call.
People who auto-mute shouldn't be punished, it's an option for a reason. I auto-mute sometimes because I have severe anxiety, and when I'm particularly anxious sometimes I want to play a game to calm down, without potentially meeting someone who can trigger an attack.
The "refusing to communicate" never punished anyone anyways ..
it was one of those "I AM IN RAGE AND THEREFORE I NEED TO REPORT MY TEAM FOR SOMETHING!!", same goes for "unskilled player", though that report option did adjust your match making algorithm a bit.

I have /all chat permanently muted, and once a month, i'll turn it on for 3 of 4 games. You know what? almost every game, someone starts raging at someone and brings it into all chat. I try to leave my teammates unmuted, but if they start going off on someone, there is no point in trying to communicate with them.
Also, sometimes I'm just not in the mood to chat with my teammates. I only wish muting someone muted pings as well. Nothing more tilt inducing than every mistake you make being met with ?????? pings constantly.
