Honestly, I played a ranked game had a AP Zed, Fiddlesticks support and a toxic intentionally feeding Draven who was trying to act like Tyler 1. Then I go play a normal because I was just so pissed and so I had an AFK Riven top with a 1/13 intentionally feeding Syndra middle. And the worst part about it wasn't the fact that I had trolls, toxics, and AFKs, but the fact that enemies would be defending the trolls, toxics, and AFKs. The Syndra fed a LeBlanc in middle lane and when my friend said "Please report Syndra for intentional feeding" LeBlanc was defending her. Like why? You knew she intentionally fed, yet you support her because she helped you win? And then in the ranked game, the Draven trying to act like Tyler 1 was 5/15/3. When I had said "Please report the Draven for intentional feeding and being rude" the enemy Jhin who was 22/6/2 had said "Nah I love this Draven". I don't know why people support trolls when they know it's wrong, and they would be upset if it was on their team.

Why are you and your friend asking to report players? Do you know that you can be punished for that?

You can report them by yourself, one report is enough for an investigation

because this game is shit and its completely unbalanced... full tanks can duel adcs 100% of the time midlaners are immortal gods of death if they dont have brain damage and are on the right champion and fuckin jg controls the entire game.

Marksman do nothing at all except hit towers. like this game literally if there was a better way to hit towers noone would even run an adc... because of how bad the balance in this game is atm.

therefore when the game is bad trolls go ^

Because ever since people can't vent in chat, they vent in gameplay. They can skirt the ban hammer with "bad games". It's gotten worse and worse since Lyte happened.

The fact that you get punished for OPTING out of a match, even if it's not ranked, is toxic in and of itself. Rainbow 6 Siege is just as much of a team game as League, and you can drop out anytime out of a normal match, but get punished for dropping out of ranked. By comparison to other shooters, matches aren't exactly short, especially if you're first to die. HotS doesn't punish you for dropping a normal match either, and they don't permaban for flaming all chat.
