Booster Intentionally Threw Game! XDXDXD

So basically, this account mains Support for several seasons. He has really bad win rates in Bronze, which would point to the fact that he's likely not a very good player. There's more! In past seasons his win rates are bad, however this season he has almost a 100% win rate, having only lost one single game the whole time. Not only does he have this magical win rate, but he has not played a single game on Support, despite ONLY playing support exclusively for several seasons.

I see this after checking out my team in champion select, and I decided I was going to mess with this person. I banned his champion and he didn't say a word. Normally, you'd see someone typing nasty things after this, but he silently waited to pick his champion without typing a single thing in the chat. When it was his turn to pick his champion, he then took the champion that I was going to pick! I didn't really care at this point, because I thought something like "LOL okay, I can play a lot of champions dude, idc if you take mine XDD" and I locked in my Jungler.

After the game starts, he goes to his lane, and then proceeds to 1v1 the enemy.. except it's a Tryndamere, and he literally has no chance of winning 1v1 against that. A while later, he dies.. obviously, but then comes back with his TP and ends up trying to fight him again then dies once more! He ends up dying once or twice again after that then he leaves the lane. The entire time, this person hasn't said one word to anyone and it's not obvious that he's int'ing to the Tryndamere because he's legit trying to make it look like he's just "losing fights". After the teleport death, I instantly understood what the guy was trying to do, and attempted to snowball the bottom lane as much as I could. Our Bot was doing pretty well, but it was still a bit too hard to win against that monster Tryndamere's split push, and we ended up losing anyways.

Moral of the story?

Even boosters aren't afraid to troll you, so don't mess with them. LOL [slayer-jinx-wink]

so.....instead of reporting the boosting account, you decided to be a dick INTENTIONALLY? And then brag about it? Way to lose that high ground....

The game also consists of 3 other players too you know....not just you and him

I don't see your point.

We don't know if he reported or not. He banned the guys champ to see what would happen ok dickish if you want. I didn't see this thread as bragging. And he tried to win the game.

We call this trolling on purpose. There is no reason to ban someone intended pick or the pick you know someone going to make on your own team. Sounds like OP purposely trying to tilt his teammate....

Yes, it does seem like that.

And in this case the OP got burned. This is also why I don't really want to ban someones pick even if it seems their pick makes no sense, unless they want to do something like Ornn jungle in ranked and they have a crap winrate with him.

The only time I did this was when support hovered Rammus without a word. We aksed him why he would pick Rammus and no one said a word. I suspect he got autofilled and was trying to force someone to dodge and asked if he got autofilled. Pretty much everyone on the team said they don't want Rammus support and 2 ppl even offered to trade roles but he stayed silent. I ended up banning Rammus myself because support Rammus is just no and he ended up stealing my Cho'gath.

Throughout the entire game he didn't say a word though to his credit he did seem to try his best, though I still suspect he was trying to get someone to dodge and eat the penalty.

This guy could play a lot more than that one champion, it's not like I did it knowing he was an OTP or something. I won't post his stats because that'd probs be naming and shaming but he had a 5+ KDA and 100% win rate on like 4+ champions.

And yea it was a dick move, but he shouldn't be boosting a bronze player anyways so it's all fair game at that point. I tried my best to win, I did the worst on my entire team. I got what was coming to me. ^_^

The other 3 innocence players who lost their LP also "got what was coming to them" I see.

Also, him boosting does not justify your dick move. This is how people get banned for chat toxicity. The excuse "but he flamed me first" is not acceptable. I wonder if your other 3 teammates think it was fair game to play with their LP/time.

You act like I some how costed us the game? Last time I checked the game was 5v5.. considering the fact that the guy was picking Yasuo, a super common ban, I highly doubt me banning that "costed us the game". I didn't throw the game, I know that for damn sure. I've won some 70%+ of my last 40 games, I never intentionally lose.

Also, why are you talking about flaming? No one said anything for just about the entire game. It really just looks like you are one of those poor attitude guys who's just out to make everyone look bad. I didn't have any hard feelings that he took my champion, he did a pretty good job even despite purposely feeding Tryndamere. He didn't make us lose the game, he simply made it more difficult for our team to win. If I.. or really anyone on my team were a better player, we wouldn't have lost that game.

So don't sit there and try make it look like I costed someone their game, because I most certainly did not.
