Anti-competitive behavior in ranked needs to be addressed. This is totally unacceptable.

I can't go three games at Diamond V without encountering this bullshit, and 'lol i do this all the time, never banned' is a recurring theme. It's pretty clear that these players know they aren't going to be punished for this behavior, so they continue to do it, and that needs to be fixed.

For example, this player decided the game was over around 8 minutes and stopped trying. Around 20 minutes, it realized we weren't going to surrender and started talking shit to everyone while trying to intentionally make us lose the game.

When it starts talking shit about our Ezreal's win rate, Ezreal responded and said 'lol we're just going to report you,' and then this player acknowledged that they know nothing is going to come of being reported, and let us know that they behave like this regularly. This player has been playing since season 3, and it clearly hasn't been banned yet.

I'd rather play with a team of four toxic players who still play and try to win the game than this bullshit. More focus needs to be put into giving ranked some small level of integrity, because it's not people who say mean things that ruin the game, but the people who intentionally try to lose games. Muting these players won't make them stop trying to throw the game.
