When someone says go ahead report me this isn't even my account you stupid american and then afk's... Like what can you even do against that? The bad guys win again so it seems :\ Anyone else ever have these types of experiences?
IP bans aren't a very good idea for a few reasons.
1.) The possibility of banning out an entire gaming cafe, college, or household for the actions of one person. This is something that actually happened a long time ago when Riot did actually do IP bans, and is one of the main reasons why they stopped.
2.) It's actually quite easy to change your IP address to get around IP bans.
Cant you just restart your router to get rid of IP bans? At least that works in pretty much every other game lol
You really believe they are telling truth that its not their account? They are just trying to make it look like they dont care, hoping that u wouldnt report them.
