i had this fiddlestick supp who took farm and didn't ward and i asked him to avoid stealing farm with e please and he answered that i got him tilted and yet he kept stealing farm so i asked again and he even used ulti to farm,ofc he didn't buy a sightstone or anything and kept saying how i tilted him so i called him an ugly nerd i'm pretty sure that my behavior will get punished and not his behavior,oh and he didn't move out of the base i'm pretty sure the one who will get banned is me got countless games where those kind of players don't get banned

How do you know that the people you met in the past were not punished?

stealing farm and don't move out of the base does not get you banned but if you say go fuck yourself yes

You can get punished for afk, and even clicking to move a little every now and then or staying in one place that is not the fountain for an extended time is detected, it just doesn't mark them red at the end of the game.

Stealing farm is a rough topic because like, you cant just ban every support that gets some farm, especially if they do it tastefully (like farming when your carry is not there but you don't have a reason to not be there), which makes it hard to detect. If they are reported in a lot of game as doing that it would be manually reviewed and they would be punished, unless there is some way they can claim that they are trying their hardest to win the game.
