Who will get banned? i bet me

i had this fiddlestick supp who took farm and didn't ward and i asked him to avoid stealing farm with e please and he answered that i got him tilted and yet he kept stealing farm so i asked again and he even used ulti to farm,ofc he didn't buy a sightstone or anything and kept saying how i tilted him so i called him an ugly nerd i'm pretty sure that my behavior will get punished and not his behavior,oh and he didn't move out of the base i'm pretty sure the one who will get banned is me got countless games where those kind of players don't get banned
