Does reporting even work anymore?

I've not gotten a message about a successful report in ages. Probably 3-6 months at the minimum. What gives? I've played with (And reported) some truly toxic people. Including a lb that just decided to give us the win after not winning her lane, Peshaaw, it's just an alt anyway!! (what a jerk) And surely they'd be hit with something, especially after admitting it. But I doubt things actually happen anymore to accommodate the new people flooding into the game. Wouldn't want to scare off our bad tempered audience now would we? This is how it feels like you have to do to get a response nowadays...

They just decided to quit the game essentially due to the fact that it was an alt account and they didn't feel like working for a win. :/ The "I'm offended" part was literally just tagged on at the end for no other reason than to be there.

You only get the punishment notification if the game you reported them in was part off the reform card.

If they got punished later down the road, you wouldn't get to see about it.

Seems kinda like a flaw in the system tbh. But surely with the amount of bad players I'm up against, I'd get at least one notification every so often at the most.

inting typically takes a lot longer for the system to verify, so for inting, you probably won't be getting a notification.

Saying it in chat should be more than enough for the system to pick up on, and that happens every 1 of 4-5 ranked games nowadays. It's kind of depressing.
