It's very simple, and doing this simple thing cascades to the rest of your attitude (unless you really are just that insufferably miserable, in which case feel free to leave).

Don't forget about the things in this game that you enjoy that attracted you here in the first place. The art, the story, the characters, etc. Remember to actually ENJOY things (you know, things that aren't pentakills and winning). You're less likely to get super enraged and by extension get reported for your crap behavior. It's what helped me last this long. Again, if you're just that miserable, or fame, fortune and gamer pu!%@ is what attracted you here, then don't heed my advice and just leave for browner pastures.
