I don't see the issue with the phrase. If you guys were free af during the match, i'm going to say gg ez. what's wrong with that? If i'm free af during a match and the enemies say gg ez, i have no issue with that. I was a baddie.
What's the big deal with "GG EZ?"
It's considered disrespectful-- there used to be a respect between players in competitive games; both in real life and on video games.
Edit: Some people still like the mutual respect games had and wish we would preserve it. Unfortunately, the newer playerbase doesn't really understand why when they can be asses with the same outcome.

because people typically dont say it in an even match. they often say it when the enemy team has an afk or obvious troll

This game is fulled with a bunch of emo kids who are senstive to anything thats why.
I only say HAHAHA GG EZ SCRUBS GIT GUD or something like that when the enemy team or someone on the enemy team is just being complete dicks and then my team wins.
