Stopping Bots can stop Ban Evasion

How? Because people are running bot-farm programs in Coop vs. AI to grind to lvl 30 since people don't want to do that. This happens all the time and every single high-profile perma-ban did nothing against that player.
There is an incredible level of apathy in RIot and the Community towards Coop vs. AI and this is the door that these Chinese gold-farming fucks exploit to earn money. They're the same people spamming in chats in MMOs to buy currency from their websites. It's because nobody gives a shit about the integrity of a beginner coop match for instance. Even if there is an obvious bot in the match people won't even bother to report it, they don't even respond to you. From Riot, ban-waves are few and far between, incredibly sad since these bot-programs are so shit and easily identified.
So the market is wide open for players to evade the Report and Reform system
Every coop I play there is a bot in there 24/7, sometimes more than one per match, they literally just run down mid and auto-attack minions or something while the tower kills them, or they sit behind your turret and do nothing, etc.
Where are the ban-waves?
