And this kind of behavior will not be punished, while the ones who dodge to save 3 other people a shitty game(in this case me), are punished.
How is this fair?
Don't tell me to play the game and suffer through 20 minutes in order to report this guy, we all know how good the report system is against trolls.
There's nothing that can be done. People have been complaining about this for as long as the game has existed. Just dodge and wait out the cooldown. It's literally all you can do.

If someone picks the champ you want to play first too bad. There are free rotation champs for every role every week so if you only own three champs it looks like you are going to learn how to play a fourth. I know that doesn't seem the nicest but i believe that any champ can play any role. Yes they are made for a certain role to optimize their kit but it is flexible. In norms you better believe i'm playing nunu support(wouldn't do it in comp ever) but it's norms the place to play what you like to play not what the highest win rate is. Take comp seriously play what your team needs but i believe there are no troll champ picks. That's just my opinion. Good luck on the rift mate.
