Hi-Rez makes me worship what a great job Riot Games has been doing...
I know this one isn't exactly League OF Legends related but after tonight I just wanted to point out how I Feel Riot Games is a godsend compared to Smite I rarely play Smite the core game itself is a great game just like League OF Legends, but the community compared to League OF Legends is 100x more toxic than anything I have ever seen...
I know no MOBA will ever be perfect from trolls, or griefers I still encounter them in league, but compared to what League OF Legends was years ago and what it is now is much better especially with the whole Role Selection Process something Smite hasn't gotten yet which is a huge problem in conquest because often no one talks which is what happened tonight, no one talked about roles, but yet a person on my own team felt the need to come out and say "I hope you get shot to death", while another user I didn't manage to get that before hand was all happy that a innocent victim got Swatted and died as a result in Real Life, leaving two kids behind.
I just find this highly unacceptable in any MOBA for that matter, I am glad Riot Games has greatly improved this game over the years, and dear god I really don't know how I have managed to even put like guessing $500 into Smite, such a great game, with a Horrid community, especially in Lower Elo Conquest Ranked, if you just do like Arena and stuff you don't really run into as many toxic people but by far having a Role Selection Getting Rid of the Tribunal, adding a proper automated system was a great thing Riot.
And I say this after tonight after that match ended I was at 100% goodwill got reported for being 0/1/0 people surrendered early after the toxic behavior, and I lost all my goodwill and got an automated message threatening to ban me if I get any more reports and trust me their systems are awful compared to Riot and how great League OF Legends has become because I've been kicked twice for just playing badly in a game I rarely even play and getting reported by stuck up toxic players.
Thank's Riot for making League OF Legends one of the best MOBA out at the moment.
