NA is too spineless?

I've been to many many regions.

in KR, you can say whatever you want. No punishment. in EUW, you can say whatever you want. No punishment. in EUNE, you can say whatever you want. I've got Honor 5. in LAN, you can say whatever you want. No punishment. in NA, you say one thing to your intentionally feeding bot lane, enjoy ban.

Now, when you say I'm toxic, I don't go around calling people N words or making death threats, or telling people to go kill themselves, like you think I do. Most of my chat restrictions come from me arguing with my teammates who refuse to listen to me.

I've said some of the most vile and disturbing things in other regions with absolutely no repercussion, yet having so much as a peeping chat with someone else in NA can potentially get you banned.

Why is NA so spineless? And has it ever occurred to anyone that Riot does this for money? Banning people only causes them to rebuy the same skins on the new account they will eventually make (speaking from experience).

They can get away with it because only in NA can you be so butthurt and soft that you feel the need to report someone because your feelings got a boo boo.
