Dodging 1 match gives me 15 min wait? Makes no sense Riot.
When people troll you would want to naturally dodge matches, I'm fine with 5 min wait but 15 min is too long. It's perfectly normal for someone to dodge cause no one wants to have low elo.

No, dodge is not a normal function intended to be used, and only under extreme situation (where player deems it absolutely necessary even if he/she has to take serious consequences in the face) should it be considered. 15 minute is too short and allows ppl to abuse it without concern.
it's because you've dodge more than 1 game recently. a dodge penalty is 5 mins for the 1st one.
